At Cascade Iron Co. we work hard to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to try and resolve it for you.

Because it can be difficult to return heavy steel items, we encourage our customers to choose their items carefully and read all of our recommendations for ordering in advance. An ordering guide is located within the photos of each listing.

SHIPPING: 

Please note, we ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered, so please ensure its accuracy.

Each order is shipped through the USPS Priority Mail. Please let us know in advance if you need to make other arrangements. 

MOST orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Custom or larger order may require more time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. In both instances, buyers are welcome to purchase additional insurance and are responsible for any customs or VAT fees imposed by their country.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please look over your order as soon as you’ve received it. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Buyer assumes the cost of re-shipping and re-packaging (we cannot offer refunds on items damaged or lost in transit).

Returns: We can offer a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% re-stocking fee on returns. This fee is in line with the industry standard and covers the processing fees we incur, associated packaging costs, and cost to prepare returned items to be re-sold. 

Exchanges: Buyer assumes the cost to return the order. Once an order is received back, we can send an invoice for any price difference plus the shipping costs to re-send your order. 

In the case where we have made a mistake or items are damaged, we ask for photos of the items, packaging, and invoice and will work hard to replace and fix the situation.

PLEASE NOTE: we ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders in the case of an address entered incorrectly or not updated or if a package was stolen after delivery.
