Because it can be difficult to return heavy steel items, we encourage our customers to choose their items carefully and read all of our recommendations for ordering in advance.

SHIPPING:

We ship throughout the US (Hawaii & Alaska included!) as well to Canada.

At this time, we do not ship internationally but many customers use a third party shipping service to their country.

Please note, we ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered, so please ensure its accuracy.


Most orders are shipped through the USPS Priority Mail. Please let us know in advance if you need to make other arrangements. 

Most orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Custom or larger order may require more time.

CANADA ORDERS: are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail or UPS. In all instances, buyers are welcome to purchase additional insurance and are responsible for any customs or VAT fees imposed by their country.

Custom and duty fees are applied at the discretion of the receiving country. These cannot be anticipated or calculated in advance. Any approved refunds exclude shipping costs. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please look over your order as soon as you’ve received it. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve it.  support@cascadeironco.com

Buyers assume the shipping cost to return the order in original condition. Once we receive an order back, we can then offer an exchange or refund for the purchase price of the original items. Items returned used or damaged will be issued a refund at their current value. 

We accept returns within 30 days of the date an order was delivered.

In the case where we have made a mistake or items are damaged, we ask for photos of the items, packaging, and invoice and will work hard to replace and fix the situation.

PLEASE NOTE: We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders in the case of an address entered incorrectly or not updated or if a package was stolen after delivery.  

If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable for any reason, we will make attempts to contact the customer. If we do not receive a response, the order will be refunded minus our shipping costs.
