Your brackets are everything I could ask for. One comment tho. The holes are not counter sunk for the screws going into the shelves. Small thing but we’ve been finish carpenters for over 50 years and it is a detail that notches things up a bit. That being said, everything about our experience has been exceptional!

Bought the heavy duty shelf brackets in two different sizes for bookshelves in my office. They are so sturdy and well-made! They look fantastic on my wall.

My usual place wasn't able to get me what I was looking for. I was looking around and Cascade had exactly what I was looking for, but a few bucks more. Those bucks were absolutely worth it! I ordered them 1 night and it was only like, 1.5 days later? They were on my porch! Incredibly fast. On top of that, I could immediately see where those bucks went. They were packaged with such care to ensure they made it to my safely and scratchless. They were flawless including the clearcoat. They clearly took their time packaging them. The holes are smooth and consistent, the finish it smooth and consistent, and the mounting hardware being included was a huge plus, especially because they seem to have been chosen not only for their function, but they match the aesthetic of the brackets nicely. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is the second one I've ordered—it looks good and seems to be very strong! These are holding motorcycle gear (heavy jackets and pants, etc). So far, so good, and I love that we get matching hardware.

I haven't installed it yet, but it's sturdy and appears very well made. I'm confident it will work well and look great under a shelf in my bathroom.

I was looking specifically for white metal ledge / shallow shelves in a specific width that would also work with magnets, and came across Cascade and contacted them for a custom order. I ordered 4 of their shelf ledges received them in a about a week or so which is really quick, especially for a custom order. There was a slight issue with two of the shelves so I reached out to them, and they immediately took care care of it for me. The ledges are very high quality and look perfect for my wall space. Their customer service really stands out in this day in age when it feels like I get stuck stalking to an AI robot on a script most times. It's clearly the people at the company responding to my questions, and they care about the quality of their products and ensuring their customers are happy. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!
