These ADA compliant brackets are suitable for Granite, Quartz, Natural Stone, Concrete, Wood, Formica, and all other countertop overhang materials. They are installed directly to cabinet base, before counter installation.
A favorite of builders and designers, these supports work well for both residential and commercial projects. Commonly use for kitchen islands, bar tops, and floating style desks.
Includes 10 x ¾” Pan Head Screws for installation into solid wood cabinet base
We recommend ordering a countertop bracket that allows for no more than 3” unsupported countertop overhang.
Measure the depth of the cabinet base and then add the countertop overhang. A quick formula for this is:
(Depth of Cabinet + Countertop Overhang) - 3” = Size of Support Needed
For example, a 24” deep cabinet with a 16” overhang would need an 38” island support.
We recommend two supports on each end of the cabinet base plus additional supports placed evenly in between.
The end supports should be 4-6” in from the side edge.
The supports in between the end brackets should be evenly spaced 16-24” apart.
