    The items are awesome! Let me just say that. However, if you make a mistake with your order (because you're tired, overworked, etc) and accidentally pick the wrong color, they WILL charge you to ship (VERY HEAVY) items back to them, not an ounce of empathy. A little bummed after I spent quite a bit of money at this store and shipping would be tax deductible for them.

    Also, the **** holes are quite large, so regular screws won't fit - just an FYI. Otherwise, you'll have unstable items.

    Again, the items themselves are beautiful and sturdy. Just a little disappointed on the customer service and those weirdly large **** holes.
